The Sheikh Abdul Raouf Museum is a heritage museum that keeps a local history in public view — a building whose purpose is memory, holding the objects and rooms through which a community explains itself. Museums of this kind ask restraint of their builders: the fabric is part of the exhibit.
Amsy Group carried out the museum's heritage restoration and fit-out works, conserving historic fabric while making the building ready to receive visitors. The project was delivered Design & Build.
