Dam Villa

Dam Villa is a standalone villa building given a working life — a house-scaled structure fitted out to serve as workspace. Buildings of this kind carry a domestic calm into the working day: rooms, courtyard light, and a front door rather than a lobby.

Amsy Group designed and built the villa's conversion and fit-out, taking the interiors and finishes through as a single scope. The project was delivered Design & Build.
