Anyah Cooking Classes

Anyah Cooking Classes is a culinary venue in AlUla where visitors cook alongside a professional chef, working with produce drawn from the oasis itself. It puts the county's gastronomic heritage into people's hands — a kitchen as a way of knowing the place.

Amsy Group designed and built the venue for the Royal Commission for AlUla, completing it in 2023: a working teaching kitchen shaped around the oasis-to-table experience. The project was delivered Design & Build.
